Pasta Leftovers- Healthy School Lunches

I love using the Planetbox Launch lunchbox when I send leftovers that need to be reheated.  Included with the box is a glass dish (with leak proof silicone lid) so food can easily be warmed in a microwave.  It’s a great way to send leftover soup to school too.

This is what I packed today:

• Organic petite baby carrots
• Horizon Organic Vanilla Yogurt
• Organic Grapes & Strawberries
• Leftover Organic Whole Wheat Spaghetti (HEB Brand) w/grass fed ground beef and organic sauce
• Trader Joe’s Star Yogurt Cookies
