This was a fun project my son and I worked on to help organize his lego guys. I love this because it serves as a great organization piece but it is also a very cool looking piece of art! It was fairly inexpensive (around $50) but it did take longer than expected because I had to order the 2×2 bricks directly from Lego.com (they didn’t have any available at the Lego Store near us). I put a link below to but random blocks on Amazon but I’m not sure how many 2×2 blocks are included and if you’re like me you want to have uniform colors… although if you use a white frame and lots of different colors that would be cool and fun for a kids room!
Here are the items we needed to make this project:
I allowed the glue to dry over night before I started putting the Legos on. We made this in October and it’s January now. So far no Lego bricks have fallen off.
This project has helped my son keep better track of his Lego guys and he takes more pride in taking care of them. You can see below I also made a Lego table out of an old train table we had.
We’ve got some other crafty Lego organization projects we’ve done. I’ll try and get photos of the Lego Table and other projects up as soon as possible. Check back soon!
