Last night we picked up dinner from a local, healthy DRIVE THROUGH place called Fresa’s Chicken. They feature locally grown pasture raised chicken in the “El Pollo Loco” flame grilled fashion with a yummy and very spicy hot jalapeno green sauce on the side. Their corn tortillas are made in house and are very delicious. I could eat an order of their brussel sprouts for dinner with nothing else and be totally happy. If that’s not enough they sell wine and beer through their drive through too. Enough of my ranting because I could go on forever telling you of my love for this place. I used the leftover chicken and corn tortillas to make quesadillas for lunch today and also had some left ever salad and dressing.
