I decided to purchase a new airfryer! This is a quick and delicious recipe using an airfryer to make okra fries. The okra are not as crispy as they get when I grill them but the ends and seeds are crispy. They are more like roasted than crisp fried. Could go a few more minutes if looking for extra crispy.
I decided to go with the T-fal Actifry fryer. I like that the contents revolve around while cooking and there is a little arm inside mixing stuff up.
